We, Alejandra and Jorge, are the passionate duo behind Sweet Rosas Pastries. With a shared love for baking and cooking, we created a food truck that brings fresh pastries, warm coffee, and heartfelt service to every pop-up and event. Our menu rotates with homemade favorites from croissants and cookies to muffins and seasonal treats all crafted in small batches
We also offer full catering for any celebration and are known for our flavorful, traditional Paellas made fresh on-site. Whether you’re stopping by for a pastry and coffee or planning a special event, we are dedicated to making every experience memorable.
